  • 🔍 Odd One Out: Find the one that doesn’t belong, and learn why.
  • 🧩 Pattern Path: Colour patterns for little ones; doubling, square numbers and Fibonacci for older players.
  • 🔦 Shadow Show: Which picture made the shadow?
  • 🏞️ Habitat Hop: Help each animal find where it lives: sea, river, rainforest, desert, farm, ice or grassland.
  • 🔁 Flip Side: Find the opposite, from hot and cold to “temporary” and “permanent”.

What players learn

Working memory, visual memory, sorting and classifying, spotting patterns and number sequences, recognising shapes, animal habitats, opposites and reasoning about why something does not belong.

For teachers and parents

Thinking games build the skills underneath every subject: memory, attention, classifying and spotting rules. Use Pair Hunt as a pass-the-phone class game, or project Odd One Out and ask pupils to explain their reasons before revealing the answer.
