Terms of use

GameLabs is free for every learner. To keep it that way, and to stop people selling or filling copies with ads, the games themselves belong to their author and may only be played from this website.

Who owns GameLabs

Dr. Ogunmola GameLabs, its games (MathsBlitz, SpellSpot, DaVinciLab, HyperOrbit, Chordflow, Mosquito Patrol and Globe Hop), their code, questions, text, pictures, sounds, designs and names are © 2026 Dr. Oluwaseun Ogunmola. All rights reserved, except where these terms say otherwise.

What you are welcome to do

  • Play every game, free, as often as you like, on any device.
  • Use the games in teaching: in class, on a projector, in homework, clubs and tutoring, in schools, homes and community centres, without asking first.
  • Share links to any page, and post screenshots or short screen recordings for teaching, reviews or news, with a link back to gamelabs.ogunmola.com.ng.
  • Install GameLabs on your phone or computer from this website and play games offline once you have visited them.

What you may not do without written permission

  • Copy or re-host the games or website, in whole or in part, on any other website, server, app, app store or device network.
  • Show the games inside another website (for example in a frame), or load the game files from this website into another site.
  • Sell the games, charge for access to them, or add advertising to them.
  • Rebrand the games, remove the author’s name or these notices, or present them as your own.
  • Reuse the code, questions or content in other games, apps, books or courses, or collect them in bulk with automated tools.

Offline copies for schools and charities

Schools, NGOs and community projects that need the games on computers without internet can ask for permission to host an official offline copy. Permission is free for non-commercial education. Each permission is given in writing, for named places, and the copy must keep these notices.

Other people’s work

Some parts belong to others and keep their own terms: Globe Hop’s maps are drawn from Natural Earth (public domain), and the Fredoka and Lexend fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Analytics are provided by Umami and do not collect personal details.

Permission requests and copies found online

To ask for permission, or to report a copy of GameLabs on another website, contact Dr. Oluwaseun Ogunmola through www.seunogunmola.com.ng (opens in a new tab). Unofficial copies will be reported to their hosting providers and search engines.
